Praises and Prayers

Over the weekend we found out that Regents 2nd grader Trinity Tyre came down with appendicitis. Thankfully, after going to the hospital and having her appendix removed, Trinity is doing great and recovering at home. Trinity’s dad Brian is pastor of New Hope Church, and her mom Amy is our 3^rd grade teacher – the Tyre family is very dear to us. We praise and thank the Lord for watching over Trinity, and we continue to pray for her complete recovery.

This August there have been a number of deaths in Regents families, and other families with sick and suffering family members. Please pray for these families and lift one another up to the Lord, for He cares for us and hears the prayers we offer in Jesus’ name.

“Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus” (Phil 4:6-7).
