Caleb Homer serves as Director of Business Development/Fundraising & Director of Athletics at Regents Academy. He also teaches Economics, Upper School Physical Education, and Introduction to Business, a dual-credit course offered at Regents through LeTourneau University. Caleb received his undergraduate degree from Texas Christian University (TCU) and a MBA from the University of Texas at Tyler. Throughout his career, he has worked in private equity healthcare, marketing consulting, oil & gas analytics, and small business startups as an entrepreneur. His life experience has taken him from boardroom presentations at $500M+ companies to coffee shop conversations with start-up business owners to discuss sales pipeline optimization. As a former college football and rugby player, Caleb’s experiences on and off the field have given him a unique perspective on authentic and successful team leadership. Founder and co-founder of NarroWay Fitness, LoneStar Predictive Marketing, and GrowMyCamp, Caleb has a Christ-centered focus in helping others realize their full God given potential. A deacon at Fredonia Hill Baptist Church, Caleb, his wife Lauren, and their four children live in Central Heights, TX, where they enjoy time together raising animals, climbing trees, growing gardens, and appreciating the Lord’s creation as much as possible.
