Mr. Todd Hiebert is a retired public school teacher after 34 years of service.  He graduated from Westmont College located in Santa Barbara CA in 1987 with a BA in biology. His Wife Jennifer teaches at Raguet Elementary and he is a father of 6 children and 3 grandchildren.
