Caleb Homer is the Athletic Director at Regents Academy in Nacogdoches where he also teaches Economics, Physical Education, and a dual-credit Intro to Business course offered through LeTourneau University. Caleb received his undergraduate degree from Texas Christian University (TCU) and a MBA from the University of Texas at Tyler. As a former college football and rugby player, Caleb’s experience on and off the field have given him a unique perspective on authentic and successful team leadership. Throughout his young career, he spent his time working in private equity healthcare, marketing consulting, business operations, oil & gas analytics, data analysis, and entrepreneurial leadership as a founder and owner. His experience has taken him from marketing presentations in medical practice boardrooms of the DC area companies earning over $500M in annual revenue to coffee with small town start-up summer camp owners to discuss sales pipeline optimization. Former founder and owner of NarroWay Fitness, Caleb has a driving force to help others realize their full God-given potential. A deacon at Fredonia Hill Baptist Church, Caleb, his wife Lauren, and their four children live in Central Heights, TX, where they enjoy time together raising animals, climbing trees, growing gardens, and appreciating the Lord’s creation as much as possible.
