Dr. Elizabeth Spradley teaches Senior Thesis in the Rhetoric School and currently directs Academic and Speech events for TAPPS. Her education includes a B.A. with a double major in Speech Communication and Radio/TV from SFA, a M.A. in Communication from SFA, and a Ph.D. in Communication from Texas A&M. Her academic research is published in journals and anthologies, including a 2021 Article of the Year Award for a co-authored study published in the Journal on Communication Pedagogy. Married to Ty Spradley for 20 years, she enjoys spending time with their four boys exploring, laughing, raising chickens, and experimenting with recipes. The Spradley family motto is “struggle well for His glory.”
