After completing her Master in Child Development, Mrs. Rasberry began working for her family partnership, which primarily manages ownership of oil and gas interests and timberland. She has worked for the partnership for fifteen years. Her husband, Robert, is a Vice-President at BancorpSouth Cadence Bank. They have been married since 2001 and members at Grace Bible Church since 2000.

Their daughter Emma is currently a freshman at Regents and has been a student here since Kindergarten. Their son, Mason, began attending Regents in 3rd grade, graduated in 2021, and is currently a sophomore at Ouachita Baptist University.

Interestingly, Christie’s family came to Nacogdoches in 1850, and her children are the seventh generation to live in Nacogdoches.
